Through a merchandising plan and a benchmark of your competitors, we individualized the most suitable strategy for you. Building out concepts for every collection produced through visual moodboards and research.
Research & design
Prior to any design work taking place an in-depth research document is provided to allow the client to fully visualize the design route we plan on taking the collection. This includes analysis of consumer behaviour, market trends, cultural influences and emerging trends.
Sample & production
Once final designs have been signed off a factory ready tech pack is produced for every designs. This includes all necessary information for manufacturers to produce the accessory such as: fabrication, construction notes, pantones, trims etc.
The concept provides a unifying theme that follows throughout the design process giving a story behind the range. The aim is to always create or maintaining brand identity in every collection. Brand identity refers to a collection of visual elements, messaging, and values that distinguish and characterize your brand in the eyes of the customer.
This identity should be reflected in the design aesthetics of every collection your brand produces.
This stage allows to make informed decisions when predicting popular styles, colours, fabrics and other design elements for seasonal trends.
All design development is presented in a beautifully put together presentation deck which includes all concept visuals & research moodboards, design boards (hand-drawing or 2D rendering), fabrics, metal accessories details, codes & and any other visual references, including a full range plan / collection line up.
Suggestions of suitable solution for sample and production steps, both in Italy or China.
Thanks to a lifelong studio partner we could support both start up projects with small number of production to wider project of more established brands.

After design phase, during the sample steps I will manage the defections directly with the indicated supplier and offer constant support in the sms and production phases.
